Mobile App Minute - iPhorest
Most apps can only claim that they’re doing something to help save the world, but with iPhorest, you actually can help save the planet by planting a tree with just a simple touch. With every app that is downloaded the developer plants a real tree.
This minute were reviewing iPhorest for the iPhone and iPod touch. When you buy this app, iPhactory will plant a real tree for you; restoring vulnerable wildlife habitats along the Gulf Coast of the United States. IPhorest allows you to virtually grow your tree. You dig a hole by creating a digging motion until your seedling appears. Plant the seedling. Shake your phone to create a storm and when the sun comes your tree begins to grow. Repeating this will allow your tree to reach full growth. Share your tree growth at any stage with others by pressing the share button to email them a picture. And if you switch to the apps world view you can see where the virtual forests are located. This app is easy to use and fun, plus it's good for the environment.
